I know I may sound like a broken record but being a wife and mother is truly the job God created me to do. I remember when Justin and I first got married and we were unsure of what my calling was. We both knew we wanted kids, and tons of them:) but we never thought I would be able to stay home full-time. I felt so anxious that I was not going to find the career I was made for before I graduated college, I completely took the reigns on my future (or tried that is). Little did I know how much better God's plans were and are. I am so thankful that God is sovereign. I am also thankful for His calling on Justin to be the provider. Justin is so great at it. His schedule is so full all the time, yet he still has so much to give when he gets home after a long day of school and work. I could not ask for a better, stronger man. Let me brag a little for a second. Before Justin left for his second job (after working 5 hours at his first job) he came home to eat lunch. Then we put Ransom down for a nap and Justin comes back with our Burt's Bees foot lotion to rub my feet. Oh man, I could brag and boast about my husband all day but I'll leave it at that. All that to say, we have an amazing and gracious God.

We have found such an amazing community group down here at Mars Hill OC church. We are getting connected back with community and it is so wonderful. They absolutely love Ransom. It's kinda funny, the guys fight with the girls to hold him. He's very popular. We are one of two couples that have a kid. Our friends Rick and Drea are pregnant with their second child, and we found out she's having a boy! We're super stoked because Ransom will have a little buddy to grow up with out here in La Mirada.

We're meeting new people and making friendships. We are loving being at Mars Hill OC. It couldn't have been better timing to open up a campus down here. We are so thankful. Now I am going to flood this blog with some pictures of my little handsome (little side note, our adorable neighbor who is about 5 yells across the way "Hi Handsome" haha she thought that was his name). Because he is just so fun to look at:)
