A Sun Break.

Sunday is Justin and my day to take a walk together and enjoy being outside. This Sunday we went to Discovery Park which is my favorite place in Seattle because it makes you feel like you're in Mexico walking down to the beach at La Fonda. Oh how I miss those days:) It's a bummer Mexico is in such a mess still. But any who... Really feeling Ransom move and Justin felt him pushing on my tummy yesterday.

Discovery Park has a view of the sound that smells like the beach back home:)
LoVe

We are half way there. 20 weeks passed, about 20 weeks to go! I am so close to being done with school and I have major senioritis. I haven't done my homework this lazily in my life before. But somehow when I don't care as much I get better grades. This might be because usually I stress about all my assignments and maybe the stress doesn't help. But I am pushing through.

20 Weeks along, and so thankful.

We are so excited to head down to California for our baby shower. We are missing the sun so much! We were dreaming about swimming the other day. I'm in some dire need of Vitamin D.
Well I have to get started on my homework, the usual story:) I'm sorry if this was a complainy blog... it's been a rough day.

Oh Boy!

We are so happy and blessed to announce that our Baby Davie is a BOY!  We couldn't believe it at first but it was definitely noticeable.

We were praying that we would have a happy ultrasound technician and God totally answered our prayers. Our last lady was not nice and we ended up switching doctors in general because of the terrible atmosphere. But this time it was sooooo enjoyable to see little Ransom practicing his punches. No ultrasound tech could beat my mom though, I hope she gets to do my next baby by God's grace.  I was so happy it is a boy because now we'll have the older brother for our next kids. I love his name Ransom Matthew and hope that he will make a difference in this world in Jesus' name. He's already so handsome and we love him soooo much!

He's such a cutie!

Being pregnant has already been such an incredible experience. I am so thankful that I get to share this experience with my man. He's been so encouraging when I feel like a tub, he's so patient when I get into a mood, and he is the most loving man I know. He's already such a great dad. He's working hard to provide so that I can have the blessing of being a stay home mama. He's been praying over our little boy and talking to him. It's so fun! We are going to go on friday to finish registering for the stuff we needed to wait on until we found out if the baby was a boy or girl. And for those of you that know Justin he is loving registering haha.
We went to get real caffeinated coffee before hand so Ransom would move around and find out what he was:) It looks like it worked! (I ate a delicious cinnamon roll before too!)
We celebrated finding out by going out to breakfast. We found this little place that reminded me of My Big Fat Greek Wedding the restaurant was owned by a Greek family and they were all so sweet. It was so yummy!
Right after we found out IT IS A BOY!

Hopefully this post didn't babble too much, I am just so excited to learn a little more about our baby. It's fun knowing because I feel that much closer to the baby:) We are so blessed and thankful for God's grace.

18 weeks and counting.

I cannot believe we are 18 weeks pregnant... Even though it seems way longer ago when we found out we were pregnant. I'm supposed to be doing my homework (of course) however, I feel this is more important haha.

18 Weeks, The size of a sweet potato!

Justin got a second job working with a man from our church demolishing. This is such an amazing blessing and has already been extremely helpful. To celebrate him getting the job I surprised him with pizza and buffalo wings when he was in class. He was so happy. I love surprising him with the little things. He works so hard for his family. And look at his cute smile.

Justin and I are being good about me exercising. We take walks on the weekends and I walk during the week up and down hills. My mom told me that exercising is very important while pregnant and can help with delivery. Being that she's a mother of 4 I take her advice for a lot of pregnancy info:)  I walk to all my classes and take the stairs instead of elevators.

Here is us on our walk. It was FREEZING. We are looking forward to our California visit to get some warm air and the ocean.

Being that we get home sick sometimes we beat it by getting nostalgic.  We go to Red Robin, YUMMY!  We always went there in California for our date nights or with our family.
So there is our life in a nutshell the past week. I've been good with writing on the blog and am kinda impressed by my commitment haha. Well back to preparing for my debate... I love you all and miss you family and cali friends!
