Procrastination.

Being the procrastinator that I am I seem to procrastinate even more being that I am a married, pregnant college student. I am supposed to be writing my 3 page paper on my values and goals of money but all I want to do is go to sleep or look at everyone's pregnancy updates of Facebook. I counted today and I know at least 12 girls that are pregnant! It's completely awesome.

After we took our 16 week pic my tummy popped out:)

Yesterday marks 17 weeks and for the first time I recognized the baby's movements. At first I was told that it felt like a "gas bubble" maybe it's just me but my gas bubbles are much stronger and super loud. My baby's movements are less strong. It's such a subtle feeling that I can only feel it when I'm sitting in the quiet and waiting for the baby to move. Hopefully by next week it will feel stronger. So I figured out we won't be finding out the sex on wednesday it may be a bit later... which is definitely a bummer. We are clearing out the office and making it into a nursery slowly but surely. I can't wait to see the baby's room all put together. I love to decorate my house and I can't wait to find out what our little onion is so we can prepare!
Justin has been working so hard on his side job that he literally comes home with drywall and dirt all over.
This is him after an 8 hour day!

He's so manly, it amazes me. He went in on saturday for almost the whole day. I couldn't imagine how life would be without him. He brings me such joy and laughter. Well I need to get back to my homework but I had fun:)

BABY DAVIE

Sorry we have not blogged in a while.  Justin and I have been super crazy busy with school and work, if it wasn't for Justin I think I would forget to breathe.  He slows me down even though he's busier than I am, it's a gift he has.

We are now 16 weeks and 3 days pregnant and find out what our little avocado is next wednesday January 26. We are so excited to find out. From what my mom saw at the 13 week ultrasound she thinks it's a girl but didn't want to say 100%.

This is the ultrasound my momma took, isn't she talented? It was an incredible experience, both grandmas (and Gpa Don) were able to see our little avocado!

First day of Maternity clothes:) Thanks Momma and Gail!!!

We are dreaming about our little girl (or perhaps boy) and are so excited to see who she (or he) looks like.  Justin and I decided this will be my last quarter of school because I don't want to be too busy to enjoy my last trimester and be stressed all the time.  Not being in school will give me more time to prepare and nest.  I see my calling as a mom so much more clear now.  Being at our school sometimes I wonder if being a full-time mom is the right decision but the more I pray the more I know that is who God created me to be. I love that Justin understands and encourages me in that.

We are planning on visiting California in March. March 21-28 to be exact for our baby shower. I am so excited that I get to be there with family for that. We are counting down the days. It'll be a fun road trip and we are going to visit Biola University to see if that's the school Justin wants to transfer to.  We are also planning on moving back to California sometime next December.  It seems so far away but in reality it's way sooner than we think!
The thing me and Justin miss most is family of course, the beach, the warm sun and pools! HAHA we are true Californians.

But we are so thankful to be here in Seattle, we love our doctors office. It's in a brand new building so it feels super extravagant hehe.  Justin is really enjoying his classes too. He's so close to being done, sorta. He is loving his job. He's so great at what he does and he works so hard to be the provider.  He makes my life so much easier, and I am so thankful for his manliness.
